At Big Bell Incense, every product is carefully crafted and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. However, in the rare event that something isn't right, we're here to help.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During festivals, promotional campaigns, or peak seasons, processing may take additional time.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days within India.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Remote and rural locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Big Bell Incense shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.


Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product received

  • Product arrived damaged or defective

  • Incomplete order received

Important Guidelines

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Minor variations in colour, fragrance, texture, finish, or appearance are natural characteristics of incense and handcrafted products and are not considered manufacturing defects.

How to Report an Issue

Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order and share:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Images of the packaging

  • Unboxing video (recommended for damaged items)

  • Brief description of the issue

Requests submitted without sufficient proof may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Opened incense sticks, dhoop sticks, cones, attars, essential oils, or similar products

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • Orders placed incorrectly by customers

  • Products purchased during clearance sales, promotional offers, or marked as non-returnable

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

Fragrance & Product Variation Disclaimer

Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary from person to person.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Dislike of fragrance

  • Fragrance strength or intensity expectations

  • Personal sensitivity or fragrance preferences

  • Cases where the correct product has been delivered in good condition

Slight variations in colour, fragrance, or texture are natural and expected due to the manufacturing process.

Exchange Policy

Eligible exchanges are available only for:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect products received

  • Incomplete orders

Exchange Process

  • Our team will verify your request within 24–48 business hours.

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever serviceable.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product as instructed.

  • Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for approved return requests.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Online payments: 7–10 business days

  • Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banks, UPI providers, payment gateways, or card issuers.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Approved refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer after verification of customer banking details.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

  • Wrong product delivered by Big Bell Incense

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect verified by our quality team

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support via Phone or Email.

  2. Share:

    • Order Number

    • Clear product images

    • Packaging images

    • Unboxing video (if available)

    • Description of the issue

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

  4. Upon approval, reverse pickup or return instructions will be provided.

  5. Once inspection is completed, replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in fragrance, colour, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of incense products.

  • Big Bell Incense reserves the right to approve or reject return, replacement, or refund requests after inspection.

  • Products found damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer handling will not be eligible for return or replacement.
