Shipping Policy

Big Bell Incense ships products across India.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional events, order processing may take additional time.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days within India.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Remote and rural locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Big Bell Incense shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs arising due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

 


 

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

At Big Bell Incense, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Incomplete order received

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.

Required Proof for Return Requests

Please share:

  • Clear images of the product

  • Images of the packaging

  • Order number

  • Brief description of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the return request.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Orders placed incorrectly by customers

  • Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discount campaigns

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

 


 

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banks, card issuers, UPI providers, or payment gateways.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, approved refunds may be processed via bank transfer after verification of customer banking details.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Big Bell Incense, including delivery of an incorrect or damaged product.
